DavKarSurf.com is a 'paid-to-autosurf' traffic exchange in which advertisers pay members to view their advertisements. It is not an investment program. Members can upgrade their membership status and so increase their earnings of rebates on various surfing and non surfing 'plans'.

By joining DavKarSurf.com you agree to accept the following terms and conditions.

DavKarSurf.com maintains the right to change the terms and conditions at anytime in the future but will always notify members of the changes. We maintain the right not to pay earnings if a member decides to close his or her account as a result of changes to the terms and conditions.

LEGAL:

DavKarSurf.com will report any illegal behavior to the authorities as required by law and in such cases will make available to the authorities all the details of a member's account that is required by the law.

DavKarSurf.com is not responsible for any of the products and services advertised on the traffic exchange and will not accept any liability for losses or damage caused by them.

ACCOUNTS:

Only (1) Account is allowed per person and per IP.  The account may only use one payment processor. DavKarSurf maintains the right to delete all duplicate accounts that break this rule without notice. In such cases earnings will be forfeited.

Free accounts that never upgrade will be deleted after 10 calendar days.

You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member.

DavKarSurf.com maintains the right to close any account with pornographic, adult content, or other unacceptable sites. If you think your site may not be acceptable ask us to check it first.
Inactive accounts will be closed after 30 days.

UPGRADES:

To earn cash you must be an upgraded member, this means paying for one or more Upgrade Membership Plans.

The fees for a Membership Upgrade unit vary depending on the plan selected.  Various plans have different time limits to expiration..

Members can currently purchase up to 4 upgrades simultaneously.

Upgrades will be disabled whenever there is a fluctuation in earning percentages of the plans offered.

EARNINGS:  **** Extremely Important ****  We do not operate as all other surf programs do.

DavKarSurf.com does not guarantee earnings, payment of which will be subject to available funds derived from advertising and other revenue generating activities, not including Membership fees. As with all paid-to-surf programs we advise you not to spend more than you can afford.

While DavKarSurf.com aims to provide uninterrupted service we do not guarantee that this will always be possible and no compensation for loss of earnings in the event of the site not operating will be made.

Please read DavKarSurf's approach before upgrading.

Earnings are calculated at the percentage of the plan selected.  An attempt to maintain that percentage during the plan period is the goal.

Earning percentages are subject to change during the plan period based on reinvestment returns and industry fluctuations.

If Earning percentages fluctuate during the plan period, it will be the goal to return to the original plan percentage as quickly as possible.

If Earning percentages change during a plan period, Upgrades to all plans will be disabled until the percentage returns to the original plan.

Earnings are calculated daily.

Members must view 15 pages per day to earn on plans that require surfing..

DavKarSurf.com does not currently offer compounding of earnings.

PAYMENTS:

Payments are made from the proceeds from advertising revenues and off-site investments.

Payments will be made within 30 calendar days of expiration.  Payments will be made sooner in most cases but should not be expected.

Payouts abide by the 50/50 Rule for amounts over $1000

Payments will only be made through the payment processor account that was used to purchase the upgrade.

The minimum balance is different depending on each plan.


SITES:

DavKarSurf.com welcomes sites from all around the world in any language. The following sites ARE NOT PERMITTED: Frame breakers, url/domain redirection, site rotators, popups, popunders, fly-in-ads, paid to promote pages, 'adult' content, sites that prevent surfing or sites that download spyware, adware and/or virus. Constant offenders will have their accounts deleted.

Upgraded Members can add up to 5 sites to their account, Free Members can have 1 site on their account.

BANNERS:

No Banners with content banned by DavKarSurf.com are permitted, nor are banners that link to banned sites.

COMMUNICATIONS:

In joining DavKarSurf.com you agree to receive emails from DavKarSurf.com.

If DavKarSurf.com is unable to communicate via the email address registered on your account, your account will be locked until a valid email address is provided.

SPAM:

Spam is totally forbidden. Anyone caught spamming, will have their accounts deleted immediately, without notice and all earnings will be forfeited.
